We only collect data that is necessary to operate this website and understand how it is used. We do not sell your data to third parties.

• Usage data: pages visited, time on page, clicks, referrer URL, browser type and approximate location (country/city level). Only collected if you accept analytics cookies.
• Contact form data: your name, email address and message, and optionally your company name, phone number and the service you are interested in, submitted voluntarily when you contact us.
• Campaign source: if you arrive through one of our ads or campaign links, the campaign parameters in the link (UTM values such as source, medium and campaign, and the ad click ID, e.g. OpenAI's oppref) are sent along with your enquiry so we know which campaign it came from.
• Ad conversion data: only if you accept marketing cookies, and only when you send an enquiry through our landing page, we share with OpenAI the ad click ID, a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, your IP address and browser details (user agent). This lets OpenAI tell us whether our ChatGPT Ads led to an enquiry. Your name, message and unhashed email address are never shared.
• Technical data: IP address (anonymised), session identifiers stored in cookies. Required for the website to function.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you explicitly accept them. To change your choice later, delete the wkd_consent cookie (or this site's cookies) in your browser settings: the cookie banner will then appear again so you can choose anew. You can also ask us by email to help you withdraw your consent.

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:

• Consent (Art. 6.1.a): analytics cookies, marketing cookies and sharing ad conversion data with OpenAI. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f): necessary cookies required for the website to function securely.
• Contract (Art. 6.1.b): processing contact form data to respond to your enquiry.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• PostHog (analytics): data stored on PostHog's EU cloud (Frankfurt, Germany). GDPR compliant. PostHog Privacy Policy
• OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads measurement): only with marketing consent. Receives the ad conversion data described above, which may be processed outside the EU. OpenAI Privacy Policy
• Resend: delivers contact form emails. Resend Privacy Policy

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Cookie consent preference: stored for 1 year, then you will be asked again.
• Analytics data: retained for 1 year in PostHog, then automatically deleted.
• Ad conversion data: retained by OpenAI according to its own privacy policy.
• Contact form submissions: kept in our email inbox as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.

As an EU resident you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Right to restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw analytics or marketing consent at any time, as described in section 3.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Analytics data is stored on PostHog's EU cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security.
• Contact form emails are delivered via Resend using TLS.
• We do not store sensitive personal data (payment details, passwords) on our servers.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on this website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
